Blackduck Appartments
    

Blackduck Apartments is owned by The Schuett Companies, Inc. They have been helping seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families find affordable housing for over 40 years. Schuett Companies was founded by John ”Jack” Schuett, who moved his family to Mn in 1964 and is still family-owned. Jack had developed over 3,000 multi-family units including Blackduck apartments. Here at our Blackduck Apartments, I am proud to continue to have care and concern for our local tenants.
